These terms govern your use of SwingDots. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
SwingDots uses your Apple Watch's sensors to detect golf swings, analyze your swing, and provide a simple swing thought after each swing. It's a practice aid designed to give you frequent, simple feedback during range sessions.
SwingDots is not a coaching tool and does not provide professional golf instruction. The swing thoughts are generated from motion sensor data, which has limitations compared to video analysis or a qualified teaching professional. The feedback is intended to supplement — not replace — instruction from a certified coach. If you're experiencing persistent swing problems or pain, consult a qualified instructor.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings anytime. If you cancel, you retain Pro access until the end of the current period.
You agree to use SwingDots for analyzing your own golf swings during practice. You agree not to:
Your use of SwingDots is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You own your swing data and can delete it at any time from Settings or by emailing [email protected].
SwingDots is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that swing detection will be perfectly accurate, that the app will work on every swing, or that detected issues will match what a coach or launch monitor would identify. Motion sensor data from a wrist-worn device has inherent precision limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwingDots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You can stop using SwingDots at any time. Delete the app, cancel your subscription, and delete your data from Settings. Email [email protected] to remove cloud data.
